Liability Forms

Rafting involves inherent risks and dangers. Rafting participants are required to complete a release form that includes a release, assumption of risk and indemnification agreement. You may complete the waiver on the day you raft, unless minors under age 18 are in your party who will not be accompanied by a parent or guardian, then they must provide a release form signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate.
