Thanks for a Great Season

Thanks to all our guests, who we consider friends, for choosing River Expeditions to host your adventure in 2008! It was great to see familiar faces from Appalachian Wildwaters, USA Raft and Extreme Expeditions, as well as meet new rafters throughout the season. Please plan to join us again next year as we continue to improve programs and facilities during the off-season. Book early and save big on rafting in 2009 - just call for details.

Take a Well Deserved Rafting Break

We just came back from a weekend trip to WV to run the Lower Gauley, and it was absolutely worth the 18 hours we drove round trip. Our guide (Matt) was so competent and knew the river so well that each time we encountered a potential hairy situation (Pure Screaming Hell anyone???) he breezed us right through it. We intend on coming back every year, and River Expeditions will be our outfitter of choice when we do. We didn′t want to come home, and we can′t WAIT to come back next Spring! Outstanding job. (Especially to Matt.) :)
