Happy Memorial Day! On this day and always, River Expeditions remembers those who gave themselves in service to this country and honors those currently serving in our military. Like you, we are grateful for their faithful service in order that we may enjoy freedoms like traveling.
We were finally given some sunshine and warm temperatures over this holiday weekend, to the delight of those who made their way to West Virginia and River Expeditions to go rafting. I went white water rafting for the first time with River Expeditions, and it was the best trip I have ever taken. I drove all the way from Michigan not knowing what to find there, and just everybody and everything you had to offer was just great. I am 20 years old and coming there has been the best thing I have ever done and is now a yearly planned trip and I am going to try and make two trips this upcoming year.
