Although we have been rafting since April, there's always something exciting about the 'official' arrival of summer in the New River Gorge. The air and water temps are warming up and so are the summer vacation specials. Be sure to check out our specials and discounts, as well as local events and happenings around southern West Virginia.

Being in the ad business, I expected the beautiful photos and superlatives about River Expedition′s staff and services to be, well, at least a bit exaggerated. WRONG! My son and I couldn′t have been more delighted with your staff, the quality of care, and experienced river guides. Our Lower New River one-day trip was tremendous and we′ll be back soon to take on the Gauley with Extreme Expeditions as our hosts! Thanks for a great time!Greg Fischer
