With a shared goal of creating an environment for guests to enjoy all that West Virginia has to offer, managing partners Rick and Heather Johnson oversee daily operations at River Expeditions with that goal in mind. They bring unique skills and perspectives to their business, offering hands-on service that sets River Expeditions apart from the competition.
Some outfitters have an almost corporate feel while others seem to have no identity at all. Rick and Heather are available to their guests and sensitive to their needs. “We know it’s important to keep the experience real. Our guests want to put a face with a name. We pride ourselves on being accessible to our guests and staff at all times.”
