After the Trip

Once the trip is over and you have returned to River Expeditions basecamp, you'll first want to take a shower and change into dry clothes. Our spacious brand new showerhouse features private showers with no shortage of hot water and plenty of room to change.

Afterwards you can relax at your campsite or enjoy a complimentary cold beverage in The Red Dog River Saloon while watching the day's rafting excitement captured on video. Take time to browse for souvenirs in our Outfitters Store and check out the digital photos of your trip, also available to purchase as a souvenir.

Most rafting packages include dinner after the trip, so head to our Dining Area where you'll enjoy a fantastic meal and appreciate the air-conditioned comfort. Share this dining experience with family, friends and those you just met while rafting. After dinner, unwind in the lodge for a game of cards or a quiet time in the library. Or change back into your swimsuit for a soak in the hot tub.

Evenings are special times for laughing and sharing around a cozy campfire while roasting marshmallows or making s'mores. For those who enjoy the nightlife, The Reg Dog River Saloon comes alive with live music each weekend, as well as themed events and contests throughout the season.
