Tents on Platforms are a convenient way for you to enjoy all the fun of camping, without all the hassle of packing a tent, setting it up and tearing it down. Our large, four-person tents are set up on wooden platforms and covered by a tin roof to protect you from the elements. They come equipped with four foam mattresses - the only gear you will need to bring is your sleeping bag or bedding, and pillow. Please reserve these in advance, as we have a limited number of these units available.
Tents on Platforms- $40/Night, Sunday - Thursday; $45/Night, Friday - Saturday
RV Sites are new and improved this year, complete with water and electric hook ups and even a dump station on-site. Six sites are centrally located near the showerhouse/restrooms and feature a fire ring and picnic table so you can still enjoy the best part of camping, even if you're only semi-roughing it.
RV Sites - $35/Night, Sunday - Thursday; $40/Night, Friday - Saturday

28th Annual Ice Breaker Weekend

I have become hooked on rafting thanks to River Expeditions. My first trip was in 2001. I came down in June and August. In 2002 I brought friends witn me and I came back myself for my first trip on the lower gauley. 2003 in July there were 10 of us and 7 first timers and they all are coming back. I came back in Sept and did the Upper/Lower in one day. I was sore, stiff, beat and exhausted but loved every minute of it and would do it again anytime. Thanks for the experience and my compliments to the entire staff……David Hendrickson
